A simple and easy way of getting travel insurance. It seems to be designed for the older traveller who may have some minor health issues, which commonly cause problems and delay with other companies.

Used them for a couple of years, simple website, easy to read policies. I had to make a claim in early 2025, no problems.

Renewing for our 5th year. Had to claim for the first time last year, claims process was very easy and payment made quickly. Communication was quick and easy.

Haven’t had to make a claim but as far as purchasing for international travel, as a European resident, the process was very good and the options broad.
