Cancellation Top Up Additional Option

Globelinks Comprehensive and Annual Multi Trip Policies offer a standard maximum Cancellation Benefit of up to €6,000 per person for unrecoverable travel and accommodation costs, plus other reasonable additional travel expenses incurred if your trip Cancellation necessary and unavoidable due to insured risks. These risks include: death, injury, illness, of youself, travel companion, anyone you’re due to stay with, close relative, close business associate; You are called as a Court witness, or jury service;redundancy; cancelled leave by Armed Forces, TA, Police, Fire, Nursing or Ambulance Services; Police or other authorities need you home due to serious damage to your home; your compulsory quarantine for +24hrs by a doctor (not area restrictions); failed COVID-19 test or temperature test at your departure point. 

Cancellation Top Up travel insurance is available for people aged up to 70 years on Globelink Comprehensive or Annual Multi Trip policy policies. You can purchase up to an additional €3,000 of Cancellation cover per person. This means the total Cancellation cover can be increased up to €9,000 per person if required.

If you are booking a holiday that is costing more than the Cancellation cover on your existing Globelink Comprehensive or Annual Multi Trip policy and you are aged up to 70 years, you can add this top up cover to this existing policy for your added peace of mind that your trips covered.
